The Pakistan Chemical Manufacturers Association (PCMA) organized a two-day training session on “Carbon Credits and Responsible Chemical Manufacturing” at its Secretariat. The program was led by Mr. Ehsan-ul-Haq, Principal Scientific Officer at PCSIR Labs Complex, Lahore.
The session brought together 14 participants from leading member industries and chemical manufacturers, who received practical guidance on calculating carbon credits, securing government benefits and incentives, and adopting sustainable practices to reduce industrial emissions.
Discussions also focused on energy efficiency, emission control, and alignment with international sustainability frameworks, providing participants with actionable strategies to implement within their organizations.
