Head of Accounting/ Finance
- Devise / Implement Policies, procedures and strategies
- Managements of funds
- Ensure proper accounting system
- Ensure Proper internal control structure
- Budgeting
Legal Compliance
- Ensure timely and proper compliance to DGTO
- Ensure Proper and timely Compliance to SECP
- Ensure Proper and timely compliance to FBR
- Ensure Proper and timely compliance to any other concerned legislative body
Head of HR
- Devise / implement HR policies and Procedures
- HR management
- Recruitment / De-recruitment of staff
Head of Administration
- General administration (premises, environment, decorum, etc.)
Head New Membership
- Promotion of PCMA
- Approval / Rejection of membership
- Review / revision of Membership fee
- Decide other fees (as needed)
